Overview
Developed branding and full suite of marketing collateral for Redstone, a flagship residential project located in the fast-paced growing suburb of Sunbury. The development's masterplan was largely inspired by its natural surrounds - with Redstone Hilltop and Jacksons Creek offering amazing open spaces and parklands. Redstone will also include a major town centre and an exclusive residents’ only club. A destination marketing approach successfully launched this project.
It was important to capture the ‘epicness’ of Redstone as a place of destination. A grand double-storey sales & information centre was fitted out. Part of the design vision was to bring the nature and the lush greenness of Redstone Hill into the space, installation of a floor to ceiling greenery wall created a focal point for the main entry way.
Vive Group developed the interior design and fit-out of the display office, including internal and external signage, custom furniture, fabricated displays and POS elements to bring the space to life.
Destination style, 5-part video series was created to unpack further Redstone’s brand positioning “Your World Awaits”. The campaign extension developed “My world is…” which captures the compelling life stories found within Sunbury, highlighting the area's beauty and stunning amenities. See Videography
Vive came up with the concept of a layered rock wall feature, with textured glass to represent the creekline. The creekline flowed from the masterplan floor sticker, up the back-lite rock wall and to the huge plant wall behind reception. A bold custom approach was taken into the display signage, from hand-painted copper panels and brick cladding finishes, to Augmented Reality activations highlighting key features.
Through bold and audacious approach to the brand and destination style marketing, we were able to generate significant interest for the project. Successful deliverables include; brochures, printed material, POS, EDMs, DMs, press advertising, banners, photography, display suite design & fit-out, custom furniture and on-site signage.
