Montego Hills by Villawood Properties is located in the suburb of Kingsholme between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Montego Hills encompassed large, rural-style, undulating blocks. Vive Group developed the brand positioning and visual language around the concept of ‘Live Large’ to encapsulate the unique acreage lifestyle offering. Upon release Montego Hills achieved impressive enquiry and sales rates; and has recently won the UDIA National Awards for Residential Development Excellence 2021. Vive Group’s successful deliverables include: brand identity, location and lifestyle photography, main brochure, online banner ads, billboards and sales office (interior and exterior).
