As part of our ongoing engagement for Circa, Pask Group’s residential development in Melbourne’s south east, we were commissioned to create a new precinct brand and associated marketing collateral for the release of townhouses, to be known as Newhaven Walk.
Collaborating with both client and their builder, Vive Group crafted a beautiful marketing brochure for the off-the-plan release of Newhaven Walk townhomes. Brochure design was developed to be in line with Circa’s brand guidelines whilst clearly differentiating Newhaven Walk as a premium release.
Vive Group also managed a successful Google AdWords campaign, driving highly qualified leads to Circa. Within weeks of its launch, Newhaven Walk was almost sold out.
